I have been building solely in Bend since 2006... we are not new to the area trying to find new subs or recently decided to go out on our own like many other builders. We've been doing this a long time here in town, and we've developed a solid history with our subcontractors and suppliers... ensuring your project the best possible staffing, quality of manpower, and pricing possible.

Because I only build 1-2 homes at a time, your project gets absolute focus and attention from me, the owner... not a superintendent or project manager.
This also means your project gets full attention of my subcontractors, as they are not diluted across multiple other custom home builds that other builders often have going at the same time.

I personally manage all of my builds. You will not work with an entry level superintendent with little experience or investment in your project.
I only build custom homes, never any spec homes. I build only 1-2 homes a year, and focus on exceptional, fully customized luxury homes with a select number of clients.

I work with exceptional carpenters, masons, tile installers, plumbers, electricians, and painters. I prefer to work with smaller, skilled subcontractors so that your home gets the attention it deserves, without incurring the additional costs of large, high-overhead organizations. We have a long work history with only the top tradesman in the area.
Local history and experience matters... quality craftsman & trades are few and far between in Bend, and if you don't have the history with them, you don't get them. I do.

Your pre-construction budget looks like this. Before we start you will receive a comprehensive budget that is fully detailed, cost code by cost code, based on actual bids by our subcontractors and suppliers. We are entirely transparent and open book with all costs related to your build.

Each day you will receive a email of a daily project log, outlining what's happening onsite, what's coming up, and issues we are dealing with, etc. Included are a handful of photos of that day's work. All are stored in your web-based client portal for access any time.

I was raised here in Bend, and have over 30 years experience professionally managing and executing custom homes, spec homes, and high-end remodel projects. I take a cost-conscious attitude and pair it with a business-minded approach to residential construction. I believe that constant client communication and well-scheduled planning makes a project successful. I also believe that exceptional results can be obtained with creativity and ‘smart’ choices, rather than spending a ton of money. I have built over 90 new homes in the Bend, Seattle, and Portland areas as a small-to-mid-size developer/builder. I’ve served in roles varying from site superintendent to project manager, estimator/purchaser, and design & spec selection. I’ve personally built/remodeled 6 of my own homes, so I know what it’s like to write checks each month as a client building a home.I grew up here in the Bend area, and have a wonderful wife and 2 children.
